Resort Membership Plan Members of Avalon Springs' Resort Plan help provide the foundational funding needed to build Avalon in this next phase of development, while creating a once-a-year retreat for themselves as they stay connected to the dream and experience of Life As It Can Be. Stay in an earthen guestroom like the one pictured above, with a view through the permaculture food forests and out over the hot springs pools below. You can choose how long you'd like to live at Avalon each year in the retreat community. Similar to a vacation timeshare in that the plan secures a real interest in ongoing annual stays at Avalon's resort, and in that it can be transferred or sold for profit later, this plan is different (better) in several ways. The annual fees and purchase prices are lower than most timeshare offerings, because of the lower marketing costs and the collaborative nature of the offering. Secondly, the members can book anytime with advance notice, and are not locked into, or out of, any time periods during the year. Finally, Avalon's membership is truly unique because THIS offering is for the opportunity to experience Life As It Can Be, sustainable, verdant, creative, stimulating, and deeply relaxing in a natural environment. Resort Membership Details: • Membership Privileges : A Resort Member may visit Avalon Hot Springs for their Plan Time each year with one guest. Members receive an Avalon guest room (double occupancy), are free to use all facilities, and can participate in all General Activities during their stay. Membership does not include meals, therapy sessions, spa services, or workshops, but these are available at a 10% Member's discount. • Flexible Scheduling : A Member's Plan Time is not tied to any particular weekend or week of the year. Members can make reservations for their annual Plan Time in advance, just like a normal visiting guest. Reservations for Members and all guests are available on a first-come-first served basis. • Carve It Up : The Two-Week and the Four-Week Plans may be broken up into multiple one week increments per year, or used for two or more cabins simultaneously. • No Time Like the Present : A Member must use their Plan Time each calendar year. Plan Time may not be carried over into the next calendar year. • Pass it On : Members may gift the usage of their Plan Time any year to anyone at no additional cost. Members may sell their Membership later for profit. They may pass on their Membership as a gift or inheritance. Members just agree to notify Avalon Springs of a transfer within 7 days and pay Avalon a change fee of 4% of any sale price. • Rare Commodity : Unlike many Resort Memberships that oversell, Avalon is making only 20% of its total capacity available to its membership plan. This ensures availability, high desirability & great resale value! And we're not marketing it widely, which keeps our prices down, and lets us invite you, specifically!
