Two Ways to Live Part-Time at Avalon Springs:

Resort Membership Plan

Stay for a weekend, a week, or up to four weeks per year in an earthen guesthouse within the eco-resort, a short walk from the hot springs, the dining room, the healing center, and within the beauty of the edible permaculture forest landscaping. This is a "timeshare" made for you, in a place you want to come home to year after year. This resort membership plan is so inexpensive because it is not mass marketed, not oversold, and not pushed. It is targeted for people who want to relax in a fully sustainable organic relaxing experience. Can you imagine relaxing so deeply that your creativity re-awakens? This is your annual retreat. Keep your plan, sell it at a profit, or gift it as a legacy. Secure yours today, as they are limited in number... Read more about the Avalon Springs Resort Membership Plan.

Seasonal Ecovillage

If you want to live at Avalon Springs for a month or two or three each year, then the Seasonal Ecovillage plan is for you. You own your own home in the beautiful ecovillage at Avalon Springs, with full access to the hot springs resort across the street. You come back year after year to your beautifully designed strawbale home, complete with passive cooling and heating, and its own gardens surrounding. You can pick your month(s), and come home to Avalon each year for that time, growing deeper in friendship and connection with the others who live there with you every year at that time. Skip the tough part of establishing good community the hard way. This community is already designed for you, and stewarded by folks who know how to create and hold a well-functioning truly joyful community spirit. You get to just come in, learn, experience, and enjoy with your family. These fractional homes will not be available for sale until Spring 2011, but Founding Members will have the first pick of them.
