November 2009 - Gratitude Day Event - Saturday November 28
Let us know if you'd like to come for a day of celebration at Avalon Springs on the Saturday after Thanksgiving! We'll begin the day with Quantum Light Breath at 10am, soaking or a tour/update, and then have lunch around 2pm, and a group ceremony for Gratitude around 3pm. If you'd like to stay over, you are welcome - just know that it is quite cold at night these days! Plan for indoor camping in the dining hall and upstairs rooms, so that we can warm the space with the wood-stove! Space is limited to 40 people, so please email rsvp@avalonsprings.org to let us know how many/who is coming, and whether you'll be sleeping over Saturday night.

* People you've rsvp'd for (Don't forget to RSVP - it's necessary)
* The suggested donation for the day is $25 per person to cover costs.
* Bring pot-luck dessert if you have it - all that leftover pie can get finished off!
* Dress warmly - it's getting to be Winter up here!
* Warm bedding if you'll be sleeping over.
* A Towel - Skinnydipping is totally approved.
